How do I know which size to order?

All of our dresses are handmade to order in sizes based from our size chart and to the correct corresponding length for you. At the time of ordering your size is based on your measurements either taken by us or supplied to us by you. We will confirm your closest matching size based from our size chart at the time of order.

We will need to include your shoe height in your measurements and if you plan to wear a bra your measurements will also need to allow for this.

Will I need alterations?

Our dresses are all designed with stretch element fabrics and therefore generally mould perfectly to all different body types and shapes however majority of the time small alterations are required, each and every bride has a unique body and alterations allow for your dress to be perfectly suited for you.

Alterations are not factored into our costs so it is always a good idea to factor this on top. We can arrange for a seamstress but will not take any responsibility over the process and cost structure.

Will I need alterations if my dress is made to measure?

Generally no however this is not something we can guarantee. Sometimes small alterations may still need to be factored in, this could be personal preference based on how you like your garments to fit or it could be dependent on how prone you are to weight fluctuation.

Would you recommend made to measure?

No! We much prefer our brides to order their dresses in their closest matching size based from our size chart and then have their dress altered to suit them if need be once they have received it. Having alterations made while you have the dress fitted on you will provide for a much more promising fit. Each and every bride has a unique body and can be prone to fluctuation in weight, being professionally fitted in person in your dress will result in the best outcome. We keep our dress prices affordable so brides can factor in alteration costs.

What if I want to lose weight before my wedding day?

Our recommendation is to order your dress in your closest matching current size and factor in your alteration costs for when your dress arrives.

How do you take my measurements if I am ordering my dress online?

Your online stylist will provide you with the exact same documentation that all of our in studio brides receive which includes all the measurements we require from you. If you are not confident taking your own measurements then we highly recommend you have them professionally taken.

Please see below for our sizing chart. Please note these are to be used as a guide only, measurements do vary slightly from garment to garment.
